All levels Pole Class that will check you off the list . Learn the progression moves that it’ll take to condition your body to higher level tricks. Stay for the spin segments to have clean entry and exits at 7:45 with Sonia!

Jules Mixed Tricks
All levels classes to start your Monday with a bang! Knee pads and heels are optional in this 6PM dance class. A monthly series that you will train to a full song . Train cool tricks and combos with Jules at 7:05 ! Intro to Lollipop will be a pop up so check the schedule !

Stage Pole Rental
X-Pole Stage portable poles are free-standing, ceiling not necessary. Our Chrome spinners are mirror finish in 45mm static size. Servicing all Glynn County and surrounding areas. Poles are rated for 300 lbs respectively. Surprise you guest with a unique experience! RENTAL RATES varies , we will deliver , set-up & dismantle. Message us for more details!
